Deduction of Money

I received a call from one of the telecallers of IDea regarding some scheme, n when i told her that i am busy n won't b able to talk she activated the scheme in my mobile uselessly and my Rs.49 were deducted... N when i registered a complain... later i got call from Mr. Sarang and he told me that i only said yes to the lady to activate the scheme in my mobile which is not True...

There is no confirmation from my end about the scheme activation... so I want to take a strict action against it...
