Harrasment in mobile connection

My idea no.9814680754 has been out of service for past 8 days.even though i have submitted all my address proofs and photos (thrice) they have barred any calls and sms es from my no.even customer care executives are not cooperative.they say its the fault of dealer who hasnt submitted the documents to them but dealer says he has done so and dealer blames company for all this.i have spent soo much of my petrol going to dealer everyday and have made around 30 calls to him.everytime i get assurance from dealer as well as company people that my service will be resumed but these are just false promises.

i have nt ever experienced such an irresponsible behaviour from a reputed company.it s causing me a lot of mental harrasment..kindly look into the matter.i ll be highly grateful.
