About validity of tariff vouche

I have got a message from idea cellular to recharge with Rs 58 you will get your local calls at 60 paise and std at Rs 1 for 90 day but then have expired my tariff after 60 days.so want to sue idea cellular. This is basically a matter fraud with the the consumer by the service provider.
