Problem in Incoming call

I am using Idea post paid connection (9847986230) for the last 5 years. For the last 1 & half month I am facing a problem in my incoming calls from certain numbers. I have complaint to customer care many times but its not solved yet. Because of this I have made a loss of not less than 2.5 lakhs business. Now if it is not solved within the next two days I am planning to go legally. And another thing is now the customer care head of Kerala is Ms Deepika Menon to whom I have never able to speak. For the last 1 year I have called many times to her number (9656006680) it will be either switched off or Not in coverage. Till now i have never able to speak to her. Some times some other person may pick the call and say she is not in the Desk. I doubt that is a peson named Deepika Menon is working there.
