Since last 2 months Gprs service is not working in all (new connection) mobile even successful activation. They deduct money and send send the settings and successful activation message. but every time go for gprs connection it gives "authentication error". Its very loss to all customer. and when we called to customer care they are not responding. There is only 2 chance to call customer care in a day. so what we have to do?
