Always extra balance deduction

Honarable sir/madam

I am a MBA student as i have lack of time and money in search of jobs and i have to maintain the proper balance in the mobile phone. BUT a huge amount is being deducted not one, two but more than this.

1.Date 20/10/09 Rs.15 deducted from my account on the name of voice chat but no any action taken by me

2.Date 24/10/09 Rs.15 deducted from account by same cause

3. daily Rs 1 is deducted from my account on the name of fandoo masti

without any demand.

MYLORD I am being disturb badly by the particular idea company

please take a particular action against the company.

I shall be obliged u for this forever

i have complained many times but not particular action being taken by the company.
