Complate against idea customer care service

Dear sir/madam

I am a Idea prepaid user my number is (9785854632).i would like to inform the management of IDEA Customer Care regarding my problems as no executive from customer care is attending my call.i tried to call customer care executive nearely 40 times but all the times customer care executives are busy.

1) Extra charges are deducted from my balance regardless of duration of my call even after bringing this to the notice of customer

2) instead of requesting and getting assurance from the executive, Rs 15 were deducted for miss call alert service though i requested to turn it off 2 days before the starting of next month. Looking forward for your response.
