Idea subscription of masti pack without any information&&&&&&

dear sir/madam,

the idea has deducted my money from my balance without any information, and they practiced this twice a time, i think it's the general practice of idea cellular. i m very tired of their behavior. Now presently they deducted my money by activating the MASTI PACK without any information and this pack charges is Rs.-10/= for 7 days.they send me a sms for information after activating the pack and deduct the money.please help me in overcoming my problem and getting my money back, i will be very thankfull to you
