Mobile service suspended

Dear Sir,

I am using Idea Cell No. 9826385439 . This has been suspended from 30.10.2009 at 17.30 hrs . without informing me after teleenquiry.

The procedure of tele- enquery is not at all fair. It is very harrassment to the customer because of suspension of services on a simple blank call saying it is a TRI rules.

Now I request to review this procedure & take necessory action to correct this process. Though I have provided all necesssory document to Idea office as per request on 31.10.2009 at 15.15 hrs., but till now the services has not been restored. I have some an emergency at home. Please immidiately continue my services.
