My name as mentioned above is Mr. Vaman Harmalkar. I stay in goa. I have this sim bearing no. 9657896121.

Idea has suddenly stopped providing range for my sim card, i use it occasionally, I do not know their response towards my card, Is it that if a person does not use card regularly they disconnect their services?? This is unfair.
