TOTALLY RUBBISH SERVICE

After having used airtel for years, the guy at the mobile shop persuaded me to take the IDEA golden number for my son's mobile, because he said the the coverage was the best. What a load of crap!! He must be getting good commission because the service is diabolical/rubbish/worst/terrible/unspeakably bad. Coverage is crap- I keep getting stupid get the latest ring tone- every hour... when I called the customer service line 4444, i keep getting cut off. When I manage to stay connected, and finally get : 'to speak to ourcustomer care advisor, press 9', i press 9 and of course it does not register. and yes i made several attempts. Maybe idea slogan should 'walk and dump the idea sim card in the nearest rubbish bin'! My daughter has vodaphone- which is fine. Me and my husband have airtel- which is fine. Shame on you IDEA- spend some of the money that you are ripping of people togive a good service- and take youradvert off the TV- what is that-get radiation and stress when you are taking a relaxing walk- what a load of crap- same on these actors for endorsing it- but anything for money. I am soo so mad and irritated at that crap company.
