Hi,

I had acivate my GPRS 5Rs/Daily rental plan on 9718926769 (Delhi).when i talked helpdesk on Deactivation of this Service... Then i came to know that its only possible via Customer care... I am surprised when they had start taking information that on which date i have done my last recharge for this no... n all. As per them this is for security purpose... At the time of activation Idea is not checking for any security information but on the time of deactivation why these things are required... This is v.much irritating for me tat i am loosing 5 rs daily..IDEA-Walk When Talk with Most Worse Service.
