Activation of services without permission and deducting charges

I am receiving the message from IZ-55456 that your suscription is so on so is renewed while I have not requested for same. Two times, I have already contacted to customer care and they assured that this will be deactivated but soontherafter without my consent, they start it. wonder is too much that they are charging for that and deducting same from my prepaid balance.

It is requested to look into the matter and get it stop, while i am facing lots of problem by loosingh my financial and mental balance. I am suffering for those, which i have not appealed. My Cell no. is 9165593311
