Delay in processing

I had bought a new connection 15 days back from the subhiksha centre kamla nagar, Agra (UP west) with complete proofs and id submission, but after 5 days the mobile had been deactivated saying that the id proof was not matching to the photo id provided, hence a second id proof was handed over by me the very next day and i was assured of getting the services back in a few hrs. A week has almost passed where the people at the local offices are telling new stories and the connection is still out of order. It has caused me a great loss as the no. had been published in the newspaper as my only contact for my forthcoming project. This kind of untimely disconnection and unjustified delay prompts me to take seious steps towards the irresponsible behaviour and working of the idea system, as it has caused me tremendous loss.
