Threatning Calls from IDEA

Hi All,

This is Robin this side. I used to have an IDEA postpaid number. When I bought the number, I deposited an initial amount of Rupees 500 for the security deposit and I was told that it is refundable. Later on, after using the number for sometime, I realised that IDEA has been overbilling me. To clear my doubt, I asked IDEA executives for sending me a detailed bill (Amount was around 2000). They said they will send me the details in a day or two, but I never received the details. I told them that I want to surrender the number but I will pay the outstanding only once I get the details for that month. But i never got the details. Also, every time their exectuvie called for bill, they said that they will call back once they confirm for the security adjustment.

Later, I took another number (of another operator) and I started using it. Now after around six months, they are taking out numbers from my dialled list and are calling at those numbers. The person who calls up uses abusive language. Also, a couple of days back, I got a call from some Mr Advocate AK Sharma - 9990137735 stating that he is speaking from TIS HAZARI court and I need to pay a penalty worth Rupees 56000 for not paying the bill. Could someone guide me how to proceed in this regard. These people really use disgusting language and I want to lodge a complaint against IDEA.
