Post paid connection not convert in pre-aid connection from last two weeks

Sir

i am amit saxena.sir i had a mobile connection (number- 9891979898) of idea company from the last 15 months as a postpaid number. i went to the idea showroom (jyoti colony, shahdara, east delhi) to convert it into pre-paid connection.i gave my all payments of bills on that time and they said it will start as pre-paid in two to three days (in this matter they took my privious sim and gave me new).the date when i file my application for this was 05-04.it has been 3 weeks But still it is not working.i went showroom 6 to 7 times but the result is zero.

please help me in this case.if any idea person read this than i want to say that your coustomer care services are not satisfactory.
