Unknown deduction from mobile account balance

Dear sir/mam,

It is a matter of great attention that Idea Cellular is just irritating the customers by mysterious acts. yesterday they deducted an amount of Rs.30 from my mobile account balance for unknown reasons and when i talked to the customer care executive they also not responded well.

So i kindly request you to consider my complaint and please take immediate actions against Idea so that i get my account credited with the balance which was deducted
