Poor Customer Service

The Customer Care in Goa is just Horrible, the Customer Care Executive (So Called) dont have any manners, no way of talking to the customers, then why do they call themselves the customer Care Executives? They listen to the whole problem and then just disconnect the calls, so the next time u call u get another CCE on line and so on till at last your patience is exhsauted. And now a new technic started is they put through a computersised message which says to send a message to Care. Hope you would look into the matter urgently as like me they could be a number of customers who may have disconnected the Services only cause of this.
