I have idea sim of student package. on 19 sept i got the sms form idea regarding expiry of student package. To extend the period of student package they called me to recharge with Rs.33 for another 180 days. They renewed my sim but for jst a week and now they are still deducting extra money for every call and msg. Infact, costumer care has been harrassing me for 5 days. I feel like changing my connection to another. They are not doing anything infact they know this.
