Undue levy of bill and bad behaviou

I had subscribed to Idea connection in dec (mob no. 9911572247) but was highly dissatisfied with the poor services and the rude behaviou of the staff. I paid all my due bills on 6, march and submitted an application to disconnect my no. In july, i started receiving calls that my payment is due. they have been calling me on my new tata no. day in and day out and also on the nos. of ppl whom i call!! despite my repeated explanations to them that i unsubscribed from their service in march, they are not ready to understand. instead they indulge in bad behaviour and use foul language . kindly help me get rid of these people. this is the first and last time i subscribed to idea. this is the worst mobile service i have seen.
