Unwanted Calls For Ringtones etc

Sir,

I am using IDEA number in Piani (Rajsthan).

I am getting unwanted call & messages from IDEA for dialer tones etc from One month.

I requested customer care to unsubscribe these calls.

I send message for this.

now IDEA care says it will take 45 days to unsubscribe it.

There is no rule they distrub me for 45 day.

I am doing Reseach @CEERI pilani.
