Very bad customer service

Hello,

Its a very bad experience to share a complaint regarding the customer care exectives working at Idea services at Pune, they have apthetic customer service, keeps the customer on hold for a long long time and sometimes even disconnects the call.

This morning i was having a talk with one of the customer service named abdul razi has avery bad customer service experince with him, he had kept me on hold for atleat 5 min and when he returned back askes me again how can i help u, and then everyone started gigling and again i started saying hello hello thousand times and there was no response.

This is really a very bad impression on the customers.

I hope this would be taken care of.
