HARSSEMENT FROM THIRD PARTY

I Had IDEA mobile no 9911518577 for IDEA CELLLULAR SERVICE . FOR DELHI REGION . i SHIFTED TO PUNE and my current No is 9881902577 . i complaint to idea service customer care that my bill is wrong and has discrepency which needs to be corrected. But there was no response from Idea services . after onemonth i got a call from some unknown person telling me to pay double the bill amount otherwise he will harrase me and started calling all my relatives and saying that person has done fraud and ran away . i started getting call from my relatives, asking me the matter . i callled idea customer care and told them please rectify my bill and stop doing nussiance. I have paid my idea bill still my family and relative are geeting threat from unknown person saying that he is calling from idea cellaur service and asking me to pay double the amount of my bill. i am so depreesed by this act of Idea company . i request you to take action against comapny so that they stop calling me and my family and stop threating my family
