I had 2 post-paid connections of idea for more than 2 yrs... then i converted it into pre-paid after submitting all documents... but i am not able to either receive or dial any calls from my phone... people at idea customer care say it would start in 2 hrs every time but it hasn't started yet... it did start working twice but then within 24 hrs service was again unavailable... it has been more then 15 days or so but i havent received any satisfactory response from idea... they say that they have entered request and it'll start but it hasn't... now they aren't even receiving my calls... i cant even dial at idea call centre from my phone...
