Egistration failed and balance of rupees 114.49

Sir my idea prepaid mobile no is 9576862066 of bihar circle and i used this no last on 25/02/10 in the night and make a recharge online using icici bank net banking on 25/02/10 at around 2200 hrs and got a sms of recharge and balance of Rs.114.49 and on 26/02/10 morning my no was deleted and displaying that sim card regisrtation failed.i am on roaming area and i make a complaint to ccare.bj@idea cellular.com costumer care and got a reply that imy no is not used for more than 90 days so no is deleted on 24/02/10 if it is deleted on 24th feb than why and how it is possible to talk from that no on 25/02/10 and recharge was sucessful and if it is so then why my money of Rs 111.00 not credited reverse back to my saving account. now the 114.49 is useless for me . when i called to costumer care by spending money on phone thay replied me that visit to neerest idea office than why the costumer centre is made. and i have so much time in roaming area that i will go to search the local idea office. please help me out.
