Not reachable & one sided voice

Dear Sir,

I am Company Secretary in Delhi. Since 2 month I call to my relatives mobile no. 09598604356 &

09598304249, in Uttar Pradesh (Location -Auri, Anpara, Distt- Sonbhadra, UP) but due to poor network i feel lack of clearity in voice and one sided voice.

Due to dificiancy in service of Idea, I suffer emotional and economical loss.

So please give the answer of following questions.

1. When the aforesaid number (Location -Auri, Anpara, Distt- Sonbhadra, UP) functioning properly.?

2. Are you liable to pay me compensation for loss occured due to your poor services.?
