Deactivated My SIM

I applied for Postpaid connection on 25.04.2008 and given a cheque of Rs. 750/- as an Security deposit on the same date. However letter on Monday i.e. 5th May my SIM has been deactivated by giving reason that the cheque given for security deposit has bounce. From my bank account I confirmed that the cheque has olready cleared on 28.04.2008. Due to the deactivation of SIM i am facing lot of problem in communication. Please take an appropriate action agianst the same.
