I had recharged my idea cellular prepaid account through credit card with Rs 125.00 the amount was debited from my credit card account and credited to idea cellular but they had not updated my prepaid account although they had sent message for payment confirmation on talking to customer care Number they gave a very irresponsible reply that they dont know where the message arrived and where is the amount.
