Still not getting the post paid bill

Sir i take a post paid connection from Idea cellular comany in delhi South.

my mobile bill generated at 20th of every month but still i did not get tha bill i have complanted in customer care two time but still i did not get bill. i take this post paid connection for complate some goverment formalities.but still no get the bill.

why should not take tha leagal Action in Consumer court
