No body cares and there is no idea on what to do about a problem

I purased net setter two months ago. The main purpose was to use it while I travel in different parts of India. I was away from home from 11th to 30th March. The connection was bought from the Idea oult at Althara Junction, Trivandrum. I called them all through my travel. Every day the people say here every thing is alright. On the fourth day another gentle man said it needs to be registered. I said who suld do it. I shall chek it an let yocall back. Since there was no call back called again to the cosntomer care staff Swapna at : 0984742 1243. However the problem was not solved till I come back.

Once I came back, I have decided to cancell the connection. I sent office boy to the idea office four times in during the last four days. First day they said it cannot be cancelled. Second day they said person in charge of it is not available... Today they said we cannot doit today we shall do it tommorrow.

I have cleared a dues. Now the present bill is remaining. I am willing to pay it. But now they say you need to pay next months as well...

Is there any more new idea to steal money? And idea can really change your peace of mind!!!
