Activating some scheme without my knowledge & charging double amount for single ringtone downloaded

Respected Sir,

I am an Idea Customer with mobile no.9948451203 from hyderabad. I am NOT SATISFIED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE provided. My Compliants are as Follows:-

1) I want to inform you that idea cellular has activated a DAAL MEIN KALLA WEEKLY without my Knowledge on date 19-03-09 & without informing me they have deducted some amount from my balance & when enquired on 12345 on date 19-03-09 Mr. Srinivas said that updates are not done for my number & said to call on 20-03-09 & when called the executive who recieved my call has de-activated it but without refunding the deducted amount. They are not ready to accept my complian & arguing that i have only activated it.

AND also

2) I have downloaded two ringtones one in January & the other in February but i was charged of four ringtones but when talked to idea executing the person is arguing that i have sent two messages in each month for ringtones. but i have not sent it. the person is not ready to accept my complain & was disconnecting my call.

PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE MATTER & refund me my 24 rupees which were deducted in total above given two COMPLAINTS without my knowledge.

KINDLY SEE THAT THE ABOVE COMPLAINTS GET SOME RESPOND.
