Cutting my balane witout my awareness

I am a customer of idea cellular my mobile number is 9737469032,

on date: 7th may i receive call from idea cellular and i don't know about that call b'coz they speak in gujarati languag and that call may be system generated. so am not understand any thing and i cut that call... but after that they deduct 15rs. from my balance and i receive message, then afteri go to idea care regarding same and i have got message from them :(communication id:108489609 and ref no: 108482886.).

but till date i am not geting back my balance back and they are not ready to give me propure answer for same

and company policy is wrong, how they can call me if person don't know the local language then i can they cut balance bye system generated system.

i share this think just b'coz how compnay collect money by this system and mobile is very user freindly and their keys are very soft any time keys push by misteck so how can they deduct without comformation
