Mobile disconnection

I took new connection on 10th of april and i activated night pack but due to some reasons my sim got damaged on 15th of april and exchanged it with a blank sim. but as my documents were not updated i gave anorher copies of documents and after that 14 days are over and still my service is yet to start.

my old sim no. is 89912200000156637611

my new sim no which is yet to active is 89912200000166298032

my connection is prepaid.

please help me as fast as you can dear idea cellular because my night pack is active and it's going in vain. please take fast action against my case.
