New SIM Fraud

Hi,

2 months before I had bought one new SIM of Idea worth Rs 280. The Scheme was that on a SIM of 280 you will get 280 Rs Talktime and 1 year validity. But I only got the 1 year validity. The talktime of 280 Rs is not credited to my account yet. My mobile number is 9881764632 and the SIM is registered with my name Uncle's name 'Sampat Jadhav'.
