I am an Idea Cellular pre-paid customer & I want to see one year phone call details. I mailed to Idea customer cares & received the response that they cannot provide details. I am ready to pay charges or fulfil any legal procedure. Is it possible to see one year prepaid statement? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
