Poor net work, poor signal

I am working for port of visakhapatnam, in Visakhapatnam. Thousands of cellular users are facing the poor signal problem perticularly in Ore handling Plant area. Requested to provide Signal booster inthe vicinity. Same has been informed to the Customer service unit long back, but till to-day no action has been initiated to resolve the problem. Spoken to Mr Srinivas, service person from Idea, mobile no 9848102233 twice but no response. Not in a position to use your services. Necessary action may be taken to provide better service to have edge over your compititors.
