Carged extra for even not used

Respected Sir/Madam

i was using two no. first is 8108958877 and 8108958866 which was activated i the month of august and they charged me as Rs 994 and Rs 552.i just paid the bill amount of rs.994 but no.8108958866 was not charged as per the usage and when i asked them they were not ready to explain me the whole bill and just warned i just have to pay the whole bill otherwise they will send me the notice i again visited them but they were still not ready to negotiate and they send me a bill of Rs 778.

i hope u will look into the matter seriously and take an appropriate action.
