Ridiculous Customer Care Executives

Idea Cellular customer care service is ridiculous. It keeps you waiting for long, provides you wrong information, executives are bigheaded.
When I switch on my international roaming, I was told by customer care executive that incoming call will cost me Rs. 27. When I received my bill, all incoming call were charged at Rs. 76. My repeated attempts to get this problem solved by customer care was futile so I went personally to see Area Manager. Area Manager confirmed that customer care executive are still telling Rs. 26 as incoming charge. He told me that he is helpless as Idea has already paid charges to other telephone company so can not do any thing with my bill.
One executive kept repeating that switching on my international roaming will take THREE Working days!! What an efficient system!!!
Recently Idea charged me Rs. 2500 as OCC charges. When I called customer care, which took me 20 minutes of hold then executive keep on asking me what is your mobile number and telling me for 10 minutes that the question "What are these OCC charges" belongs to confidential information and can not tell me answer until I verify my identity. Can any body tell me what is confidential in asking why you have overcharged me? Is it customer care service or customer pain service? What quality of people Idea is putting in Customer care?
