Idea cellular (postpaid connection)
Wrongly charged

I have two postpaid idea connections in my name and both are CUG. However, in my recent bill statement my CUG number has been charged under Local Calls five times. When I called the customer care centre, they said that server was down and they were unable to help me. On my insisting on talking to their senior officials, they replied that they required verification and hence could not transfer my call. This is not the first time that such a thing is happening. The customer care executives sushant and praveen were not at all helpful.
