Activation of dailer tone without my knowledge

Sir,

i am an existing prepaid idea cellular customer from trivandrum (no. 9922688234). This is regarding the activation of dialer tone without my knowlege and also u have deducted some amount for the same. i feel sorry to inform u that from last 2 days i am trying to get one of your customer care executive in the number 98471 12345, but no results at all, not even connecting to the executive also. i am not expecting a service like this from ur side and this is so much irritating just to waste my valuable time for just the cancellation of a dialer tone.

i want to deactivate it at first or else tell me the procedure to deactivate the dialer tone . hope u would have understand the situation and will repond to this with out delay.
