Idea cellular prepaid
Wrongful deduction of Rs 20 on behalf of gprs service without my approval

Dear sir/madam

This is to bring to your kind notice that i (idea customer) got a call from no. 9891028927 dated 08-09 at 12:34 pm. The person who called, said that he is from idea and told me that i have become a lucky customer under which i will be provided with free gprs service with deduction of Rs. 20 daily which i continued refusing till the last.

Further he said that this service will be activated only when i send a message "SET" to a given no. which again i didn't do. Inspite of this Rs.20 has been deducted from my balance and will be deducted daily till my balance finishes off.

When i got to know about the deduction First i called customer care from where i didn't get any positive response .the only way i was left with was to email you for redressal of my grievances.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.so that i can remain connected with idea.
