Loss to customer by double activation

Dear Idea Friend,

Today morning I have activated your new scheme of Rs.47/- for making local calls for 40ps and 50ps for STDs with Rs.20 talk time. Before making the activation my balance was Rs.77.

After that for getting a confirmation from you I have telephoned to your customer care center whether it is activated or not.(Also I have told the guy whom I talked that earlier I had a call to 53500 for this and pressed 5 no.for activating tha same). Without checking this your gentleman again activated the same which resultated another loss of Rs.47 to me. Now my balance shows Rs23 only. That means you have cut 2 times the money from the intial balance

Please check this and do the needful to get the refund.
