My mobile no alloted to some other consume

I have taken a prepaid connection of Spice (Now Idea) on 14 Sept with 6 months validity till 13 Mar for number 9743504305 but as I got transfer for 1 month to Hyderabad I was not able to do validity recharge for 22 days.

After 22 days on 04 April I have done validity recharge for 1 year for Rs. 197 but after that recharge I came to know that in that 22 days you have given this number to one more person, he is also having same no.

Now this number is working for me and that person also so its creating problem for us.

According to the rule the sim must be deactivated after 45 days if recharge is not done. But this number is given to someone else in 22 days only.

I talked to Customer Care but they say that this sim is not on your name and we cant do anything.

Please check the complete records of the number from 14 Sept you will come to know that this is my number.

Please take proper action on this.
