ACTIVATION OF CALLER TUNE WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION

On 6th july an idea customer care executive rang me up and insisted me to activate a caller tune.i refused it but after 3-4 hours Rs45/- was deducted from my balance without any prior information.when i rang them and gave a complaint to deactivate the caller tune and refund me the money, they misbehaved me and said they cant refund me the money.
