No response of service cente

Hi,

Last month a new scheme called as Mymusic49 has been launched by Idea and without my subscription they charged my account for the same and cut subscription charges. Since that time i m trying to contact to it's customer care for information about this but no response has been given.

Yesterday i recieved a sms from Idea that your account will be charged on due date for the same.

I don't want this facility but i don't know how to deactivate this.

I want some kind of serious step against Idea so that in future such kind of things will not happen with anyone.
