Deducting balance

My balance have been deducted by idea. On 26 august i got recharge of Rs110 then on 27 august my Rs30 were deducted . when i ask the reason of deducting the balby ideacare thier answer is that i have accepted request for astrology. but i dont give any request for astrology. then on 27 aug only the msg came frm idea that (thanks for subcribing yahoo aeries). interesting thing is that neither I send or accept any call like such, nor I received any message of this service till yet but my 30rs gone in a second. This is very serious matter.

this is cheating by idea among customer.

this is my humble requst to look into matter otherwise thier is no option other than consumer court.this my right and i will fight against this harresment.
