On 18th of Fef, 09 I have got a SMS from idea customer care regarding the unlimited calls brtween 11p.m. to 6 a.m. For the activation of this new tarrif plan we will have to dial *150*146hash and Rs. 146 will be deducted from our balance. since in this SMS neither it has been not metioned that this facility is only for local calls nor any T&C was applicable on the same, I expected that this new tarrif is for all the calls including the STD and I activated the same and Rs. 146 has been deducted from my balance. but when I made STD calls, the same were charged as per current tarrif plan.

My concern is that when it was for local call only why it was not been mentioned clearly. when it has focused on 'calls' only, by default it is assumed that calls means any type of call whether it is idea to idea or it is local or it is STD. I think that their main motive to cheat and misguide the people.
