IDEA DATA CARD
Egarding data card recharge

I am Prateek from Sitarganj, Udham Singh Nagar. I had bought the idea data card on 21 june. I made a recharge of Rs.399 for data card, firstly it showed the balance of Rs.450 then within few minutes (5-10 min) my balance was nill. I called customer care several times but there is no one who listen to me and reply for the same. Then I complained to dealer he also called several times but no one have given me exact solution for that.

So please help me out for the same. I went and talked to idea care in my city several times but no one is ready to help.

I must say no other people please buy idea net setter to avoid future problems. Also there is speed problem too.
