Improper Billing and Customer Harrasment

I was a loyal customer (as what they call in telecom industry) of IDEA.

Last week i received a court notice regarding Bluffing and Robbery. I went through it and i saw that i have an outstanding payment of 3500 Rs. I was using a data card connectiong which i wanted to close in january as because i was transferred to delhi and i want to take a new connection there as i was getting it in a much cheaper rate. I had a word with an agent and told them that i want to withdraw my services.

He told me that i will send an agent and you can discuss your plan and can close it. I told her that i have made a payment in jan and please stop my services. I thought it was done but they were actually charging it til now. I have been a victim of such case which i am sure lot of us do face.
