Without acknowledgement deduct my balance

R/s sir,

i m ur customer from last 4yrs .i had 5 Rs. per day deduction plan for idea_GPRS.It has deactivated without my knowledge and my 550 Rs also deducted for using of gprs .i called to c_care they told it has deducted for gprs using charges and now u hv zero rental plan.

i hvn't mind for it.

then i send request for 10 Rs. per day plan for GPRS on 17 jul08 after i discuss with c_care they told to me it will activated when ur 10 Rs. will deducted. On 19 jul08 at 4:00 pm i got a message my 10 Rs. has deducted then i have used GPRS after this my 260 Rs. has deducted in 40 minutes. So please you can check it with my account theny please solve my problem as per your convenient.
